What you CAN NOT do with Real Estate Articles - PLR Membership

Submit the articles unchanged to article databases - (protects all of the members)
Grant private label rights to your customers. Only Members of Real Estate Articles - PLR have Private Label Rights to the articles.
Legally go after another member for claiming the articles as their own. All 300 members have the right to claim the articles as their own and make changes as they see fit to the articles.
You Can Not Resell the articles to other people

What you CAN do with Real Estate Articles - PLR Membership

Claim the articles as your own
Make them into ebooks, special reports etc.
Make your own article database with Resell Rights (you just can't grant Private Resell Rights)
Submit them to article Databases as long as you re-write 50% of the article
Put them on your website's
Use them in Newsletters
Pretty much anything else you can think of..
